摘　　要：目的:促进我院临床科室药品管理规范,保障临床用药安全。方法:以现场检查方式了解我院临床科室药品管理现状,对发现的问题,药剂科开展针对护理人员的多方面的药学服务。结果与结论:我院临床各科室药品管理较为规范,但在存放药品上存在安全隐患。药剂科通过对护理人员开展知识培训、现场讲解及演示等药学服务进行了干预,增加了护理人员的相关药学知识及药品安全意识,减少了药品使用的不安全因素。OBJECTIVE：To promote the standardization of drug management in clinical department of our hospital,and to guarantee the safety of clinical drug use.METHODS：The situation of drug management in clinical department of our hospital was investigated by on-site inspection.Pharmacy department provided various pharmaceutical care for nurses according to the existing problem.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The drug management is standard relatively in clinical departments of our hospital.There is hidden trouble for drug storage.Pharmacy department intervenes in drug management by developing knowledge training,on-site explanation and demonstration,etc.Related pharmacological knowledge and drug safety consciousness of nurses are also improved,and the risk factors of drug use are reduced.
