黔产中药材饮片中拟除虫菊酯农药残留量分析

摘　　要：为了解市场上黔产中药材饮片中5种拟除虫菊酯农药的残留情况,收集贵阳中药市场上30种黔产中药材饮片共计121个批次样品,经过提取、净化,并用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器进行检测.121个批次样品中有23个批次样品检出.检出最高的是氯氰菊酯有13个批次样品检出,检出率为13.22%;最低的是溴氰菊酯有1个样品检出,检出率为0.83%;总量最多的是氯氰菊酯,占菊酯类农药总量的44.75%,各菊酯类农药的平均值在0.000 4～0.003 2mg/kg之间.黔产中药材饮片中5种拟除虫菊酯农药含量较低,自从贵州采取GAP规范种植中药材以来,黔产中药材中的5种拟除虫菊酯农药得到一定程度的控制.To know about the present situation of the 5 kinds of Pyrethroid pesticides residue in Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces produced in Guizhou, 121 samples of 30 kinds Chinese herbal medicine produced in Guizhou from medicine market in Guiyang were collected and analysized. After extracting and separating, the samples were determined by gas chromatographic electronic capture detector. 23 bitches with pesticides residue were found from 121 batches in 30 Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces produced in Guizhou, and 13 batches with eypermethrin were found, the detection rate of which was the highest as 13.22%, while deltamethrin was the lowest as 0. 83; with only one bitch was found. Cypermethrinis accounted for 44. 75% of the total pyrethroids, and the average of pyrethroids pesticides was between 0. 000 4 mg/kg and 0. 003 2 mg/kg. Residue of 5 pyrethroids pesticides is relatively low in the Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces, which have been controlled well since GAP was extended in Guizhou.
