摘　　要：苏联解体后,在俄罗斯社会转型的艰难时期,奥伯宁斯克和杜布纳等科学城逐渐兴起,国家不断出台相关法律文件,采取相关措施促进科学城的发展并使国家、科学、教育、企业有效互动,使科学城面向市场、面向世界,成为独具特色的科技创新阵地。Russian science cities such as Obninsk and Dubna gradually rised during a difficult social transformation period in Russia after the collapse of Soviet Union. The government promulgated related laws and regulations and adopted relevant measures to promote the development of science cities. As the state, science, education and enterprises were effectively combined with each other, science cities were developing into unique technological innovation positions that faced the world market .
