镇江新区向生态工业园区转型绩效评价研究

摘　　要：从生态工业园区的概念入手,介绍镇江新区发展概况和存在的问题,建立新区向生态工业园区转型的评价指标体系,运用DEA方法对其进行实证分析,结果显示镇江新区的生态工业园建设绩效良好并提出政策性的建议。The paper starts from the concept of eco - industrial park and gives the development profile and the existing problems of Zhenjiang new area. It establishes the evaluation index system of the new district to the transformation of eco - industrial park and by using the DEA method it has an empirical analysis. The results show that the eco - industry of Zhen- jiang new area park is woking orderly. Finally it gives the policy recommendations.
