摘　　要：为进一步提高高校科研型重点实验室科研成果转化的能力,同时基于我国高校科研型重点实验室的发展现状,指出高校科研型重点实验室开展产业化导向管理的必要性及核心内容。通过借鉴和应用PDCA循环理论,以管理改进作为管理的首要目的,对重点实验室产业化导向管理的实施策略进行分析并构建管理模型,对提升高校对产业的科技服务能力具有重要作用和意义。In order to further improve the science research result conversion ability, the paper points out the necessity and core of industry - oriented management based on the current development of research - type key lab in university. By stud- ying and applying PDCA circulation theory, the study analyzes the implementing strategy and constructs a management model through putting management improvement to be the primary purpose of management, it is thought to be able to en- hance the industry service capabilities by university.
