摘　　要：PPP项目特许价格影响因素的分析对PPP项目建设工作的科学决策具有重要意义。通过文献梳理和案例分析,提出理论假设并设计相应的调查问卷对从事PPP项目的专家学者进行调查。在对调查结果进行数据分析的基础上建立PPP项目特许价格影响因素的结构方程,采用AMOS7.0分析检验研究假设,结果表明政府、经济条件、项目自身特征等7个因素与PPP项目特许价格都存在正相关关系,且政府及项目所处宏观环境的与PPP项目特许价格的相关关系最为显著。The analysis of the concession price＇ s affecting factors is of great meaning to scientific decision on construc- tion of PPP project. The paper proposes theoretical assumptions through a literature review and case study. Correspond- ingly, questionnaire is designed to investigate the experts and scholars engaged in PPP project. The smlctural equation model of the concession price＇ s affecting factors is set up based on the analysis of data, and AMOS7. 0 is used to in- spect research hypothesis. The results show that these 7 research hypothesis all have a positive correlation with PPP pro- ject concession price. The positive correlations between government, macro- environment and concession price are most obvious.
