摘　　要：根据大学科技创新项目管理的现状分析采用目标管理模式存在的弊端,引入过程管理理念和方法讨论大学生科技创新项目管理采用过程管理的积极意义。结合大学生科技创新项目的普遍规律对推行过程管理进行研究,分析过程管理模式的基本原则、角色定位,探讨大学生科技创新项目过程管理的重要环节、具体流程、主要内容、过程职责与工作机制。By analyzing the present situations of the management of science and technological innovation projects on col- lege students and the problems on management by objectives, the paper introduces process - management and discusses the meanings. It studies the implementing of process - management according to the universal regular pattern of science and technological innovation projects on college students, and analyses the basic principles and role definition of process -management. It also discusses the important links, practical process, major contents, process duties and working mechanisms under process - management of science and technological innovation proiects on college students.
