摘　　要："智慧城市"对城市产生多方面的社会影响。"智慧城市"的发展有利于张扬绿色消费模式、满足居民安全需求、提高闲暇生活质量、拓展人际交往空间和扩大居民社会参与。同时,"智慧城市"的建设有利于促进社会家庭结构的多元化、推动社会阶层结构的中产化、实现社会组织结构的扁平化、促进城乡发展与区域发展一体化和推动社会消费结构的高度化。为促进智慧城市的发展,必须加强组织领导,升级"智慧城市"基础设施,推动"智慧城市"的产业发展,加大对智慧城市的投入力度,着力推进技术创新工作,培养智慧人才,营造"智慧城市"发展的良好氛围。The smart city has the social impacts in many ways on cities. The development of the smart city is in favor of publicizing green consumption patterns, meeting the demand for the safety of the residents and improving the quality of leisure life, it is also beneficial to develop interpersonal space and conduct to the expansion of the residents of social par- ticipation. At the same time, the development of the smart city helps to promote the diversification of social and family structure, promote the social class structure to the middle class, realize the flattening of the social structure , form the development of integration of urban and rural areas and promote the sophistication of the consumption structure. In order to promote development of the smart city, it is necessary to strengthen the organization and leadership to upgrade the in- frastructure of the ＂ smart city＂ , to promote the industrial development of the ＂ smart city＂ , to increase its investment in smart city, to promote technological innovation, to develop intellectual talent and create a good atmosphere of the wis- dom of urban development.
