借助篮球竞赛规则提高防守战术应用的探讨

摘　　要：篮球运动已然是国内热门运动之一,每年都会举办很多篮球比赛。攻守技术水平得到一定提升,防守技术不再呆板、无变化,现在朝着攻击性的方向发展,采用侵略、压迫性的防守战术,提高了防守的主动性和破坏性。规则条文为迎合比赛的激烈性不断的修改,使比赛公平合理的竞争,然而不论是教练员或是球员对条文内容都没有详细地去了解,而规则确是判别比赛输赢的重要依据。球队应运用规则条文的规范来拟定合宜的防守,采用侵略、压迫性的防守战术造成对方失误,以掌握获胜的主动权。Basketball has already become one of domestic popular sports. So many basketball games are held every year. The technical standards of the defense have been promoted to a higher level, and the defensive technology no longer was stereotypical, changeless. The development towards the aggressive direction now and it adopts the strategic and the oppressive defense tactics, and etlhances the defensive initiative and destructiveness. The rule~ article revises unceasingly for caters to the competition intensity and then causes the games to compete fairly and reasonably. However, both coaches and players do not understand the article＇s content in detail. The rule＇s article actually is the important basis to distinguish the competition＇s victory and loss. The team should use the rute＇s article codes to devise suitable defense, adopt the aggressive and oppressive defense tactics to cause opposite team to make an error in order to grasp the initiative right which wins.
