栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)的临床有效性和安全性。方法:43例诊断为冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)的患者,用栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗4周后评定疗效。结果:临床总有效率达90.70%,未出现任何不良事件。坚持用药3～6个月者,临床症状可进一步改善。结论:栝楼薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病复杂、难治性心律失常(痰瘀互结证)疗效显著,安全性好。Objective ：The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated and refractory arrhythmia （phlegm-blood stasis）. Methods：43 patients, who were diagosed for coronary heart disease complicated, refractory arrhythmias （phlegm-blood stasis）, were treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang for 4 weeks, in order to facilitate the evaluation of its efficacy after the treatment. Results：After 4 weeks treatment, the total efficiency is 90.70% ,and no patients appeared anything adverse event. The clinical symptoms were further improved after further taking the medicine3-6 months. Conclusions： Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction has significant effect and good safety in treating coronary heart disease complicated and refractory arrhythmia （phlegm-blood stasis）. And obviously improve the rhythm of the patients worried by coronary heart disease with complex arrhythmias （ phlegm-blood stasis）.
