摘　　要：自1945年5月22日起,朱祖延先生开始在重庆《大公晚报》副刊连载《闻见录》,作者署名"朱棠",为期半年,凡88则。现从汪氏师友圈、汪氏研读书目两个层面入手,细绎篇章,找出《闻见录》史料剪裁与灵感来源之大概。汪、朱互证,可见"教学相长"的精义,充分凸显了汪、朱之间的师生情谊与学术渊源,也从一个侧面体现了民国教授课内堂外的风采与文苑上庠的文化氛围。Since May 22, 1945, Zhu Zuyan began serializing＂Wen Jian Ln＂in the supplement of ＂Da Gong Evening Newspaper＂ in Chongqing, signed ＂Zhu Tong＂, which lasted for a period of six months, totaled 88. Now from Wang＇s mentorship ring and Wang＇s study bibliographic such two levels, this paper tries to find out the Selection of historical data and the source of inspiration of ＂Wen Jian Lu＂ probably. Cross-checked by Wang and Zhu, we can see the essence of the ＂teaching and learning＂, underline the friendship between teachers and students and the academic origin between Wang and Zhu, but also from one side reflect Professors＇ outlook both inside and outside the classroom in Republic of China and the Cultural atmosphere.
