摘　　要：目的研究小鼠脑内不同注射部位、进针深度以及拔针方式对实验结果的影响。方法将狂犬病毒CTN株样品和CVS株样品分别在11～13g以及18～20g的SPF小鼠脑内注射,0.03mL/只,按不同注射部位、进针深度以及拔针方式进行滴度测定,其中注射部位分别为眼窝后缘眼角的斜上方和两眼角后缘连线的正中线;进针深度分为进针浅、中和深(2mm,4mm,6mm);拔针方式有直接法和旋针法。结果两个注射部位测出来的滴度结果没有显著性差异;3种进针深度测得的滴度结果为浅针的最高,其次为中针,深针测定的滴度结果最低;直接法拔针方式测出来的滴度结果比旋针法测出来的高。结论进针深浅以及拔针方式对小鼠脑内注射的动物实验结果有显著性的影响,这很大可能是由狂犬病毒的生物学特性所决定的。Objective Based on the different methods of mouse intracephalic injection, the paper made an exploration and analysis on the injection sites, depth and withdrawal methods of needles, which will make contribution to improve the mouse intracephalic injection accuracy. Method 11 - 13 gram and 18 -20 gram SPF mouse were inoculated via different intracephalic injection at a dose of 0.03ml per mouse, consisting of rabies virus CTN suspension and CVS suspension respectively. We made a testing in different injection sites which included oblique above the canthus and the middle of the eyes. And we also studied the affection to mouse intracephalic trial of the depth （2 mm, 4 mm and 6 ram） of the needle into mouse intracranial and the withdrawal methods （direct and rotation） of needles. Result It seemed no significant difference in affection to the test results whether injection into the site above the canthus or into the site in the middle of eyes. But there was significant difference in the depth of needle into mouse intracranial. The highest was 2mm. Furthermore the direct withdrawal method of needles seemed to improve the test results. Conclusion The depth of needling and withdrawal methods of needles seemed to significantly affect the mouse intracephalic injection results. The greatest possibility may be closely related to rabies virus biological characteristics.
