生态与经济协调发展的鄱阳湖生态经济区节能减排研究

摘　　要：鄱阳湖生态经济区是新中国成立以来,江西省第一个被纳入国家战略的区域性发展规划,是江西发展史上的重大里程碑,对实现江西崛起新跨越具有重大而深远的意义。本文介绍了鄱阳湖生态经济区的节能减排现状,分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区经济—能源—环境系统之间的相互关系,并根据三者之间协调发展的关系,提出了进一步促进鄱阳湖生态经济区生态与经济协调发展的对策。Poyang lake ecological economic zone is the first regional development planning involving into a national strategy in Jiangxi province since new China,and it＇s a major milestone in the history of the development of Jiangxi,which will have great and far-reaching significance to rise the new span for the implementation of Jiangxi province.The status quo of energy conservation and emissions reduction of Poyang lake ecological economic zone has been introduced in this paper.We analyse the relationship among economy,energy and environment of the Poyang lake ecological economic zone According to the coordinated development relations between and among these three aspects,countermeasures are proposed to further promotion of the poyang lake ecological economic zone in ecology and economy coordinated development.
