摘　　要：市场秩序形成究竟是自发生成还是理性建构的过程,一直处在争辩之中。自发性秩序的倡导者认为市场是自洽性的,不需要政府等外界因素的理性建构;注重政府干预的一方则认为自发性市场是一个彻头彻尾的乌托邦。二者的争论引发了研究者的综合分析尝试:市场生成过程既需要自身因素的作用也离不开外界因素的理性建构。因此,在遭遇经济体制转轨、社会结构转型之时,中国市场秩序生成过程的相关研究理应借鉴综合分析的进路,从静态描述转向动态分析,以准确认识市场运行真实状况。Is the forming of market order a spontaneous process or a constructing one？ This question is under debate in the academic research. Those who argue for the research on the spontaneous market order think the market is self-sufficient, and the government interfering is not necessary, etc. Those who argue for constructing market order think the spontaneous market is kind of Utopia. The above two approaches have led to some scholars＇ integrated approach. Under the background of the shifting economic regime and the change of social structure, in order to describe the real conditions of Chinese market, the research on the forming of market order should analyze the research of market order from static description to the dynamic analysis through integrated approach.
