摘　　要：介绍了有关危险化学品安全管理的国内外主要法规政策,进行了政策法规的比对分析,在此基础上给出了相关建议。解读好法规政策的内容,有助于理解其技术内容和要点,更好地把危险化学品安全管理落到实处,最大程度地减少技术壁垒对我国出口危险化学品影响。The major international policy and legislation for the safety management of dangerous chemicals were introduced. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the policy and legislation , some countermeasures were provided . This analysis helps to understand its technical contents and key points, the aim is to implement the safety management of dangerous chemicals practically and to minimize the influence of technology vallation on export dangerous chemicals.
