摘 要:为了研究草地藏系绵羊(贾洛类群、红原类群、欧拉类群)和新疆细毛羊及阿勒泰羊的遗传多样性,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳对以上5个类群羊的运铁蛋白(Tf)、血红蛋白(Hb)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明:Tf及Hb 2个位点草地藏系绵羊贾洛类群的多态程度最低;分析草地藏系绵羊红原类群LDH同工酶时出现5个条带,另外在红原类群的LDH中还发现了类似于牦牛中发现的LDH-B基因突变导致的遗传多态性现象,其他类群中均未发现LDH4、LDH5。To study the genetic diversity of Tibetan sheep (including Jialuo, Hongyuan, and Oula populations) on grassland, Xinjiang fine - wool sheep and Ahay sheep, polymorphisms of serum transferrin (Tf) , hemoglobin (Hb) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in blood from the five sheep groups were investigated by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method. The results showed that the lowest level of poly-morphism was observed in the Tf and Hb loci from Jialuo sheep population. There were five bands only found in Hongyuan sheep population by LDH isoenzyme analysis. In addition, a genetic polymorphism was also found in LDH of the Hongyuan sheep population, which was similar to that caused by LDH - B gene mutations, but LDH4 and LDH5 were not found in the other sheep populations.
