摘 要:为了初步研究大豆异黄酮对肠道菌群的影响,试验采用随机分组法将50只雌性大鼠(3月龄)分为假手术组,去卵巢组,去卵巢加高、中、低大豆异黄酮组,皮下注射补充大豆异黄酮2周和6周时每组各解剖5只大鼠,运用细菌培养方法分别计算每克盲肠内容物中乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌数量。结果表明:与假手术组比较,去卵巢组乳酸杆菌数量显著减少,而大肠杆菌数量显著增加,且6周比2周明显;补充大豆异黄酮后,乳酸杆菌数量增加,而大肠杆菌数量减少,且随着剂量的增加此趋势越明显。说明大豆异黄酮能够选择性地抑制大肠杆菌的生长,促进有益菌乳酸杆菌的生长,调节肠道微生物的微生态平衡。To preliminarily study the effect of soybean isoflavones on the flora in intestinal tract, fifty young female rats at three months of age were randomly divided into two groups: the sham - operated group and ovariectomized group. In the ovariectomized group, the rats were sup- plied with soybean isoflavones in high, middle and low control (solvent) dosage by subcutaneous injection, respectively. In the second week and the sixth week, 5 rats per group were killed for experiment. The bacterial culture methods were used for calculating the number of Lactobacilli and Escherichia coli in per gram of cecal contents, respectively. The resuhs showed that, compared with the sham operated group, the number of Lactobacillus was decreased significantly in the ovariectomized group, and the number of Escherichia coli was increased significantly, and the ovariectomized control group in 6 week was more significant than that in 2 week. But with the supplement of soybean isoflavone, the number of Lactobacillus was increased, and the number of Escherichia coli was decreased. As the dose increased, the trend was more obvious. These resuits indicate that soy isoflavone can selectively inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus, regulating the micro - ecological balance of the flora in intestinal tract of rats.
