中医综合外治方案治疗糖尿病足溃疡期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价糖尿病足溃疡期中医综合外治方案的疗效。方法将5家分中心的190例糖尿病足溃疡期Ⅱ-Ⅳ级患者随机分为治疗1组63例、治疗2组67例、对照组60例。各组患者均采取控制血糖、抗感染治疗,治疗1组和治疗2组均采用中医综合外治方案,两组所选外治药物的药物名称、功效相同但生产厂家不同;对照组采用西医外治方案,各组治疗周期为8周。分别于治疗前后对各组患者症状进行评分,观察临床疗效。结果治疗1组临床痊愈率65.08%、显效率14.29%、有效率15.87%、无效率4.76%;治疗2组临床痊愈率67.16%、显效率19.40%、有效率13.43%、无效率0;对照组临床痊愈率46.67%、显效率13.33%、有效率33.33%、无效率6.67%。治疗1组、2组与对照组疗效等级比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗1组与治疗2组中医证候疗效等级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医综合外治方案治疗糖尿病足溃疡期疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of TCM external treatment for diabetic foot ulcers.Methods Totally 190cases of diabetic foot ulcers gradeⅡ-Ⅳfrom five sub-centers were randomized into the No.1treatment group of 63cases,No.2 treatment group of 67cases and control group of 60cases.Each group was given blood sugar control and anti-infection treatment.Both treatment groups were given TCM external treatment with same name,same function and different manufacturers of drugs.The control group was given western medicine external treatment.The treatment lasted for 8weeks.The symptoms were scored before and after treatment,and the efficacy was calculated after treatment.Results The clinical cure rate,markedly effective rate,efficiency and inefficiency of the No.1treatment group was 65.08%,14.29%,15.87%and 4.76% respectively.The clinical cure rate,markedly effective rate,efficiency and inefficiency of the No.2treatment group was 67.16%,19.40%,13.43%and 0respectively.The clinical cure rate,markedly effective rate,efficiency and inefficiency of the control group was 46.67%,13.33%,33.33%and 6.67%respectively.The grading differences of efficacy between the two treatment groups and the control group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant grading difference between two treatment groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion TCM external treatment is effective for diabetic foot ulcers.
