摘 要:目的探讨耳-体穴电针对大鼠胆汁分泌功能的影响及其可能机制。方法 42只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组。穴位电针组(n=10)给予耳-体穴电针方法,耳穴取大鼠耳部"肝胆"区,体穴取"胆俞"穴;非穴位电针组(n=8)分别在耳廓的"耳轮"区和体穴的"胆俞"穴旁开约1.0cm处作为对照刺激;注射1组(n=8)尾静脉注射穴位电针组大鼠十二指肠组织提取液2ml/kg;注射2组(n=8)尾静脉注射非穴位电针组大鼠十二指肠组织提取液2ml/kg;生理盐水注射组(n=8)尾静脉注射生理盐水2ml/kg。各组大鼠经胆总管插管,于不同时间点观察胆汁流量。结果穴位电针组大鼠电针10、30、50min时及电针后10、30、50、70、90、110min胆汁流量较电针前升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。穴位电针组的胆汁流量在电针时和电针后各时间点均明显高于非穴位电针组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。注射1组注射后10、30、50、70、90、110min胆汁流量高于注射前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。注射2组在注射后10、50min胆汁流量低于同时间点注射1组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。穴位电针组与注射1组大鼠在电针/注射后各时间点胆汁流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳-体穴电针可促进大鼠胆汁流量的增加,停电针后有较强的后作用,可能是通过体液调节机制调整胆道系统功能。Objective To research the effect and mechanism of ear-body acupoint electro-acupuncture(EA)on the bile secretion in rats.Methods Totally 42Wistar rats were randomized into five groups.The point EA group(n=10)was given EA on the liver and gallbladder area(CO11and CO12)of the ear and on"Danshu"(BL19).The non-point EA group(n=8)was given EA on the helix and 1.0cm next to Danshu.The No.1injection group(n=8)was given tail vein injection of 2ml/kg duodenal extract of rats in the point EA group.The No.2injection group(n=8)was given tail vein injection of 2ml/kg duodenal extract of rats in the non-point EA group.The normal saline injection group(n=8)was given tail vein injection of 2ml/kg normal saline.Each group was given intubation of common bile duct and the bile flow was observed at different time points.Results The bile flow was significantly increased in the point EA group in the 10th,30th and 50th minute of EA and 10,30,50,70,90and 110minutes after EA(P〈0.05or P〈0.01).The bile flow in the point EA group was significantly higher than that in the non-point EA group at each time points(P〈0.05or P〈0.01).The bile flow in the No.1injection group was significantly increased 10,30,50,70,90and 110minutes after EA(P〈0.05or P〈0.01).The bile flow in the No.2injection group was significantly lower than that in the No.1injection group 10or 50minutes after EA(P〈0.05or P〈0.01).There was no significant difference between the point EA group and No.1injection group within 10minutes after EA or injection(P〈0.05).Conclusion The ear-body point EA can increase the bile flow with a better after-action.Its mechanism may be relevant to adjusting the biliary system through humoral regulation.
