摘  要:以成组生产的单机系统为对象,将学习和遗忘效应及维护策略融入调度模型,以使建立的调度模型更加符合实际.在考虑学习效应时,既考虑了同种零件本身的学习效应,又考虑了同一零件族内各零件间相互的学习效应,并采用相似度表示加工零件类型的转换对学习程度的影响,即遗忘效应;在考虑维护策略时,采取完美预防维护策略来减少设备发生故障的概率,预防性维护仅在加工完一个批量后进行,并采用小修处理批量中出现的设备故障.在此基础上,以总完工时间最短为目标,建立了调度和预防维护决策的整合模型,并通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性.A single machine group scheduling problem was studied by incorporating learning and forgetting effects and maintenance into classic scheduling model. For the learning effects, two different models are formulated: one is to describe learning effect for the same product in a job; the other is to describe learning effect for different products in a family. And, because jobs are different in a family, so accumulated learn- ing effects are partially transmitted, namely there exists forgetting effects from product to product, which is described by similarity in this paper. For maintenance policy, perfect preventive maintenance can be per- formed after one kind of products is finished, and when the machine fails due to degradation, minimal re- pair is performed to restore the machine to be "as bad as old". Based on these policies, a more practical scheduling model within a family was formulated, whose objective is to minimize the completion time. Finally, a numerical example was given to show that the model is reasonable.
