摘 要:利用LAT 100型室内磨耗和牵引实验机测试橡胶轮试件在不同接触压力和滑动速度下的摩擦系数,得到表征胎面橡胶摩擦行为的摩擦定律.为验证所得摩擦定律的有效性,使用ABAQUS软件模拟考虑橡胶摩擦行为的橡胶轮试件稳态侧偏滚动过程,并将胎面橡胶摩擦定律应用于轮胎在较大侧偏角范围内侧偏滚动的显式有限元模拟,考察了轮胎在不同侧偏角下的接地压力分布.结果表明,轮胎稳态侧偏响应的计算与实测结果吻合,且数值震荡控制在较小范围内.The friction coefficients of tread rubber under different contact pressures and sliding velocities were tested on a laboratory abrasion and skid tester LAT 100, and a proposed friction law was applied to characterize the frictional behavior of tread rubber displayed in the experiment. In order to verify the fric- tion law, the steady-state cornering rolling of the rubber wheel incorporated with the enhanced friction model was simulated with the ABAQUS package. On this basis, the enhanced friction model was applied to the tire cornering simulations at slip angles in a wide range using the explicit solver and the contact pres- sure distributions of several cornering conditions were investigated. The results show that the computed tire cornering responses are in good agreement with experimental results and the numerical noises are con- trolled within a smaller range.
