摘　　要：对高山柳(Salix cupularis Rehd.)种子进行形态特性和萌发特性的研究。结果表明,高山柳风干种子为灰褐色,呈棒状,长(1.872±0.112)mm,宽(0.593±0.083)mm,千粒质量(0.184±0.049)g。在不同温度(15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃)下,高山柳新成熟种子的萌发率均在90%以上,且各处理间差异不显著;光照和黑暗条件下,种子萌发率也没有显著差异,种子均能正常萌发;种子寿命225d左右。Morphology and germination characters of Salix cupularis Rehd seeds were studied.The results showed that the seeds were rod-like and taupe.The seed was（1.872±0.112） mm in length and（0.593±0.083） mm in width,and the 1 000-seed mass was（0.184±0.049）g.The Salix cupularis seed germination rate was basically more than 90% at four different temperature（15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃,30 ℃）,without significant difference among the treatments.The seeds could normally germinate in darkness or light,and no difference for germination rate was detected.The seed longevity was around 225 days.
