金钱松植物愈伤组织诱导和快速增殖条件研究

摘　　要：筛选金钱松产生愈伤组织的最佳外植体和愈伤组织快速增殖的最佳培养条件。以金钱松的叶原基、芽轴和芽为外植体,从不同激素配比、培养温度和光照时间等方面筛选出金钱松产生愈伤组织的最佳培养条件。金钱松植物叶原基是产生愈伤组织的最佳外植体,愈伤组织增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg.L-1+NAA0.5mg.L-1,最适光照时间为每天12h,最佳培养温度为25℃。The object of the research is to screen out the best explant and optimal culture condition for callus production and rapid proliferation for Pseudolarix amabilis.Leaf primordium,bud axis and buds of Pseudolarix amabilis were selected as the explants,combined with different hormone ratio,temperature and light time,the optimal culture condition for callus production and rapid proliferation were screened out.The leaf primordium is the best explant for producing callus,the best medium for callus proliferation is MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1＋NAA 0.5 mg·L^-1,the best illumination time is 12 h·d-1 and the optimal temperature is 25 ℃.
