摘　　要：目的了解深圳市妊娠妇女对梅毒预防知识的知晓情况,分析相关影响因素,探讨健康教育工作重点,为梅毒母婴传播防控工作提供依据。方法对250名产科门诊候诊的妊娠妇女进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果文化程度、年龄、户籍对妊娠妇女梅毒预防知识知晓情况有影响。结论文化程度低、年龄小于25岁、非深圳户籍的妊娠妇女应是梅毒预防知识健康教育的重点对象。OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness about syphilis of pregnant woman in Shenzhen,and analyse influence factor,in order to find the emphasis of the health education,and try to provide evidence for prevention and control of syphilis in pregnancy and congenital syphilis. METHODS The questionnaire designed by China CDC was administered to 250 pregnant women,when they were waiting to see doctor in obstetrical department. ANOVA,T-test and stepwise regression were used to analyse the difference of influence factors. RESULTS Educational level,age,household register influenced the awareness about syphilis prevention knowledge of pregnant woman. CONCLUSION Pregnant woman with the lower educational level,non-Shenzhen household register,whose age under 25 years old should be the emphasis of the health education about syphilis knowledge.
