摘　　要：目的评价伤寒副伤寒(以下简称伤寒)造成的经济负担,为制定伤寒防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用典型调查法对贵州省平坝县2008年1月1日～2009年4月1日报告的伤寒实验室确诊病例(省级实验室确诊)进行调查,收集患者发病期间的经济负担信息。结果 52例病例共造成总经济负担59803.5元,例均1150.1元。例均直接医疗费用、直接非医疗费用、间接经济负担分别为561.1(48.8%)、409.4(35.6%)、179.6(15.6%)。直接医疗费用中较高的为西药费,占60.7%,直接非医疗费用中较高的为食宿费,占60.0%。结论伤寒的经济负担较大,建议采取有效措施降低发病率,降低其经济负担。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the economic burden of typhoid or paratyphoid,provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control strategy of the disease. METHODS Typical investigation method was applied in this study to investigate typhoid or paratyphoid diagnosed by laboratory in Pingba County from 2008 to 2009 and collected the economic burden during the period of illness. RESULTS 52 cases of patients spent totally 59 803.5 Yuan. The average cost was 1 150.1 Yuan. The direct medical cost,direct non-medical cost and indirect economic burden were 561.1（48.8%）,409.4（35.6%）,179.6（15.6%）,respectively. The medicine fee was the most of the direct economic burden,which accounted for 60.7%. and among the direct non-medical expense,the proportions of meals cost were more than others,which was 60.0%. CONCLUSION The typhoid or paratyphoid causes greater economic burden. The results suggest taking effective measures to reduce incidence and economic burden of typhoid or paratyphoid.
