农村老年高血压患者健康促进生活方式的调查

摘　　要：目的调查农村老年高血压患者的健康促进生活方式,探讨其人口学特征与健康促进生活方式的关系。方法采用健康促进生活方式量表和人口资料表对312例农村老年高血压患者进行调查。结果 312例农村老年高血压患者健康促进生活方式得分为(121.36±21.69)分,66.02%的患者健康促进生活方式不健康。不同性别、婚姻状况、居住情况、受教育程度、患病时间、经济收入的患者健康促进生活方式得分差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论农村老年高血压患者健康促进生活方式较差,应开展有针对性的健康教育活动。OBJECTIVE To investigate the health-promoting lifestyle among older inpatients with hypertension in the countryside and explore the relationship between their lifestyles and data-demographics. METHODS 312 older inpatients with hypertension in the countryside at department of cardiology were surveyed by the Health-promoting Lifestyle Scale and demographics data. Analyzed the health-promoting lifestyle and difference of demographics data. RESULTS The health-promoting lifestyle score of the 312 patients was 121.36 ± 21.69,and 66.02% of the patients had unhealthy lifestyle. The scores of health-promoting lifestyles were significantly different among the different sexes,marriage status,living conditions,educational levels,durations of the disease,economic incomes（P﹤0.05）. CONCLUSION The health-promoting lifestyle among older patients with hypertension in the countryside is not so healthy in general. It is necessary to explore other influencing factors and take evidence-based health interventions to improve their lifestyle.
