新疆地区陆军军人生活质量对心理控制能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨新疆地区陆军军人心理控制能力和生活质量的关系。方法采用横断面研究,使用MOSSF-36中文版量表和IPC量表对新疆地区336名军人的生活质量与心理控制能力进行问卷调查测定。结果被调查军人的内控性与生理功能、生理职能、活力、社会功能、精神健康呈正相关(P﹤0.05),被调查军人的有势力他人和机遇这2方面与生活质量8个维度均呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。活力和社会功能分值低下的生活质量状态是影响个人心理控制能力内控性降低的因素(P﹤0.01);总体健康、精神健康和活力分值低下的生活质量状态均是影响其个人心理控制能力的机遇得分降低的因素(P﹤0.01);活力、总体健康、精神健康和社会功能分值低下的生活质量状态均是影响心理控制能力的有势力他人分值降低的因素(P﹤0.05)。结论中国军人的生活质量与其心理控制能力息息相关,尤其在活力、总体健康、精神健康和社会功能4个方面,其生活质量不断提高,不仅有利于提高军人的心理控制能力,而且也有利于军队战斗力的提高。OBJECTIVE To analyze and investigate the relationship between the locus of control with quality of life of the soldier in Xinjiang area. METHODS Used cross-section study,the quality of life and the locus of control of 336 soldiers in Xinjiang area were surveyed by MOS SF-36 questionnaire and Internality,Powerful Others and Chance Scales（IPC）,respectively. RESULTS There was a significant positive correlativity in the internality between physical functioning,physical limitations,vitality,social functioning,mental health（P﹤0.05）in the army. There was a significant negative correlativity both in the powerful others and the chance between the eight dimensions of the quality of life（P﹤0.05）in the army. The low scores of vitality and social functioning were factors which influenced the internality depressed（P﹤0.01）. The low scores of general health,vitality,social functioning and emotional limitations were factors which influenced the chance depressed（P﹤0.01）. The low scores of general health,vitality and emotional limitations were factors which influenced the powerful others depressed（P﹤0.05）. CONCLUSION The locus of control is closely related with quality of life of the soldier in Xinjiang area,such as general health,vitality,social functioning and emotional limitations especially. Raising the quality of life,it could profit not only the locus of control,but also the capability of battle in the army.
