潍坊市某高校大学生结核菌素试验结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市某高校大学新生结核杆菌感染情况,为学校制定预防措施提供科学依据。方法对某高校2009、2010年级入学新生共6370名实施结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)试验,取PPD0.1ml(5IU/mL)注于左前臂掌侧中下1/3交界处皮内,72h后观察注射部位的局部反应。结果 6370名新生PPD试验阳性率为41.24%,强阳性率为8.30%。不同年度新生的阳性率、强阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。来自于城市的学生PPD阳性率为44.67%,强阳性率为6.87%;来自于农村的学生PPD阳性率为40.16%,强阳性率,8.75%,城、乡生源阳性率、强阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。男生PPD阳性率为43.15%,强阳性率7.22%;女生阳性率为39.66%,强阳性率9.19%,男生和女生阳性率、强阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论大学新生是结核病传播的高危人群。学校有关部门应采取切实可行的防治措施,预防传播流行。OBJECTIVE To investigate test results on tuberculin of students in one university in Weifang,to offer scientific basis for establishing preventive measures. METHODS Altogether 6 370 freshmen of grade 2009,2010 in a university were given PPD test. Took PPD 0.1ml（5 IU/ml）to inject on palmar of left forearm next 1/3 intersection point,after 72 h observed the partial response on injection spot. RESULTS 41.24% of 6 370 students were positive,8.3% were strongly positive. The difference of the yearly positive rate and the strongly positive rate was not significant between the different years（P﹥0.05）. 44.67% of the students who were city-born were positive,and 6.87% of them were strongly positive;40.16% of the students who were countryside-born were positive,8.75% of them were strongly positive. Significant differences in positive rate and the strongly positive rate were found between city-born and countryside-born had statistical significance（P﹤0.05）. 43.15% of the males were positive and 7.22% were strongly positive;39.66% of the females were positive and 9.19% were strongly positive. There were significant differences in positive rate and strongly positive rate between the different genders（P﹤0.05）. CONCLUSION The college freshmen are high-risk group of spreading tuberculosis. The relevant departments in school should take some feasible measures to prevent and control the spread and prevalence of the tuberculosis.
