加巴喷丁治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的采用加巴喷丁胶囊联合营养神经药物及尼美舒利分散片联合营养神经药物治疗120例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,并观察其疗效及安全性。方法治疗组60例,给予维生素B120mgtid,甲钴胺0.5mgtid,同时给予加巴喷丁胶囊300mgtid,与采用尼美舒利分散片分散片0.1bid,维生素B120mgtid,甲钴胺0.5mgtid治疗的60例进行疗效比较,疗程2月,观察2组治疗第2周、4周、8周、12周后的疗效及安全性。结果治疗第2、4、8周后,两组疗效无明显差异,但是第12周观察,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论加巴喷丁胶囊联合营养神经药物治疗能更好的缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛,无明显不良反应,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects and safety analysis of treatment with gabapentin capsules,neurotrophic drugs and nimesulide dispersible tablets,neurotrophic drugs in 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia. METHODS 60 patients of the treatment group were given VitB1 20mg tid,mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg tid and gabapentin capsules 300mg tid,60 patients of the control group were given VitB1 20mg tid,mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg tid and nimesulide dispersible tablets 0.1 bid,VitB1 20mg tid,mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg tid only,then evaluated curative effects and safety,after 2,4,8,12 weeks treatment. RESULTS After 2,4,8 weeks treatment,the effects of two groups had no significant difference;After 12 weeks treatment,the effects of treatment group were better than those of the control group. It had no severe untoward effect in both groups during the course of the treatment. CONCLUSION Gabapentin capsules and neurotrophic drugs are useful to patients with postherpetic neuralgia and there are no severe untoward effects. It is worthy of expanding in clinical treatment.
