摘 要:目的探讨大学生述情障碍对主观幸福感的影响,为增强大学生自我了解与改善心理健康水平提供依据。方法方便选取宁夏大学大一至大四本科生426名,使用多伦多述情障碍(TAS-20)中文版量表和主观幸福感(SWB)量表进行测试。结果大学生的述情障碍得分在性别、是否独生子女、学科上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),主观幸福感总分在学科、是否独生子女、年级间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。大学生述情障碍得分与主观幸福感得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。述情障碍量表中的情感识别障碍和情感描述障碍对主观幸福感有负向预测作用(P值均<0.01)。结论大学生主观幸福感受述情障碍的影响。增强情感识别和情感描述能力能够提升大学生主观幸福感。Objective- To explore the influence of alexithymia on subjective well-being among college students, and to pro- vide fundamental basis for enhancement of self-understanding and improvement of mental health. Methods By using convenient sampling method, 426 college students were selected. They were assessed with the Chinese version of the twenty-item Toronto Alex- ithymia Scale ( TAS-20 } and Subject Well-Being Scale ( SWB }. Results There was significant difference of TAS-20 score in gender, only child in the family and majoring, whereas significant difference of SWB score was found in major, only child in the family and grade. TAS-20 score negatively correlated with SWB score ( r= -0. 496-0. 367 ,P〈0.011 ).motion recognition and e- motion description factor scores in TAS were significant risk factors for SWB (β = -0. 496, -0.310) Conclusion Subjective well- being in college students could be affected by alexithymia. It should be encouraged to improve emotion recognition and description ability of college students for better subjective well-being.
