摘 要:目的了解6~11岁儿童定量脑电图脑电功率谱的活动特征,为正常儿童脑电图相对功率常模的建立提供参考资料。方法以哈尔滨市180名6~11岁正常儿童为样本,记录安静状态下的θ,α,β,SMR频段脑电相对功率,以及θ/α,θ/β,θ/SMR比值。结果 6~11岁儿童θ波、α波、β波、SMR波脑电相对功率平均值分别为(23.00±3.00),(14.49±3.35),(5.79±1.27),(7.17±1.63);θ/β,θ/α,θ/SMR功率比值平均值分别为(4.24±1.42),(1.66±0.39),(3.36±0.89);脑电相对功率重测相关系数均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。除θ与SMR波的相对功率外,其他脑电相对功率各指标之间相关均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论了解6~11岁儿童各年龄段脑电相对功率特征,可为建立正常儿童脑电相对功率常模及评估脑电生物反馈训练效果提供数据资料。Objective To understand the quantitative electroencephalography EEG power spectrum activity characteristics of 6-11 years old children. Methods The EEG power tests include relative power of theta ( θ ) , alpha ( α ) , and beta (β) , and theta/beta and theta/alpha ratios were implemented among 180 healthy 6-11 year old children. Results Average values of the rel- ative power of θ wave, α wave, β wave, SMR wave of 6-11 years old children were 23.00±3.00,14.49±3.35,5.79± 1.27,7.17± 1.63, respectively. Average values of the power ratio of θ/α,θ/β,θ/SMR were 4.24± 1.42,1.66±0.39,3.36±0.89, respective- ly. Beside θ% and SMR%, other indexes of EEG relative power were significantly interacted. Conclusion A preliminary under- standing of the EEG relative power of children in Harbin could provide fundamental information for establishment of the EEG power norm among healthy children and the assessment of EEG biofeedback training effects.
