摘  要:以欧美杂交种"鄞红"葡萄为试材,研究白色单层纸袋(透光率53.24%)、无纺布黑色果袋(透光率2.04%)和外黄内黑复合纸袋(透光率6.74%)对葡萄果实品质与成熟期的影响。结果表明,无纺布果袋和外黄内黑复合纸袋均能有效地延迟果实成熟20天,但无纺布黑色果袋因袋内温度高,透光率低,成熟期果实综合品质最差。外黄内黑复合纸袋能显著改善果面光洁度,提高有机酸含量,但还原糖含量较低,果实着色不佳,花青苷含量显著下降,综合品质低于白色纸袋。结合果品品质和延迟采收效果来看,外黄内黑复合纸袋是最佳选择。'Yin Hong' grape cultivar was used to study the effects of white single layer fruit bag (light transmittance 53. 24%), black polypropylene fruit bag (light transmittance 2. 04%) and yellow black compound fruit bag (light transmittance 6.74%) on berry maturity and qualities. The results showed that both black polypropylene fruit bag and yellow-black compound fruit bag could effectively delay the fruit maturity to 20 days, while the quality of berry in black polypropylene fruit bag was the worst because of high temperature and low light transmittance. Yellow-black compound fruit bag could improve the skin lightness and chroma, increase the content of organic acid, but the contents of reducing sugar and anthocyanin were low, and its quality was lower than the fruit with normal paper bag. So yellow-black compound fruit bag is the best choice based on fruit quality and delayed maturity.
