摘　　要：目的检验马斯特里赫特上肢肌肉骨骼损伤问卷(Maastricht Upper Extremity Questionnaire,MUEQ)中文版在我国电脑办公人员中的信度和效度。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取辽宁、广西两省5家机构中的440名电脑办公人员作为调查对象。选用项目区分度和条目得分与总分的相关性对MUEQ进行项目分析;计算Cronbachsα系数评价问卷的内部一致性信度;运用主成分分析方法验证问卷的结构效度。结果项目分析:工作控制、工作需求和社会支持维度可以区分不同员工的上肢肌肉骨骼损伤程度(P<0.01);工作需求维度各条目的测定内容与问卷的整体测定内容之间具有较好的内部一致性(r>0.3,P<0.01)。信度:问卷的Cronbachsα系数为0.81,除工作站和工作环境维度外,其余5个维度的Cronbachsα系数均>0.70。效度:KMO值为0.82,主成分因子分析提取9个公因子,累计方差贡献率为45.79%。结论MUEQ中文版具有较好的信度和效度,适用于我国电脑办公人员心理社会因素影响上肢肌肉骨骼损伤的量化评估,但其工作站和工作环境维度仍需结合我国文化背景进一步修订完善。Objective To verify the reliability and validity of Chinese version Maastricht Upper Extremity Questionnaire（MUEQ）in Chinese video display terminal（VDT）workers.Methods 440 VDT workers from five institutions in Liaoning and Guangxi were sampled in cluster.Item analysis was evaluated through item discrimination and the correlation between item scores and total scores.Cronbach α was calculated to evaluate internal consistent reliability of the MUEQ.Principal component analysis was used to assess the structure validity.Results Item analysis including work control,work demands and dimensions of social support could distinguish the extent of musculoskeletal disorders in different staffs（P0.01）.The determination of items and overall determination in work demand dimensions had good internal consistency（r0.3,P0.01）.Cronbach α of MUEQ questionnaire was 0.81 showing good reliability.The Cronbach α of rest five dimensions were0.70 except the working environment dimension.In validity,the results of principal component analysis（PCA）showed that KMO was 0.82,and 45.79% of the total variation could be explained by 9 factors.Conclusions The Chinese version MUEQ questionnaire is feasible for Chinese VDT workers due to its good reliability and validity.However,the work station and the working environment dimensions need to be revised according to Chinese cultural background.
