摘 要:在对三种含硫环烯醚萜苷与含伯氨基化合物呈色条件的详细研究基础上,进一步研究了其两两复配时的呈色性能。结果表明:单一环烯醚萜化合物与甲胺生成的色素复配后所得的颜色,与经典配色规律吻合;不同环烯醚萜化合物两两复配与甲胺同浴呈色时,所得色素的颜色背离经典配色规律;三种含硫环烯醚萜苷两两复配,分步对皮粉染色时,所得颜色与经典配色规律吻合;而同浴对可溶性牛血清蛋白和皮粉染色时,所得颜色背离经典配色规律。同浴染色时所得颜色背离经典配色规律的原因在于:在呈色反应形成色素中间体的过程中,不仅存在同种环烯醚萜化合物的自身偶联,还存在着不同环烯醚萜化合物间的交叉偶联。Based on the detail research for the dyeing condition of sulfur-containing iridoids to amino-containing com- pounds, combination dyeing experiments were undertaken furtherly. The results indicated that: Classical color-matching principles would be observed when mixing the pigments formed by each iridoid glycoside reacted with methylamine re- spectively; however, when two iridoid glycosides and methylamine reacted in one solution, classical color-matching prin- ciple would not be observed;meanwhile, classical color-matching principles would be observed when two kinds of iridoid glycosides were applied to dye hide powder step by step separately;however, during the combination dyeing process to BSA and hide powder by two iridoids in one solution, classical color-matching principle was not observed. The mecha- nism might be that, during one solution combination dyeing process, new chromophores with different iridoid backbone would be formed.
