摘 要:通过调查高校职业发展与就业指导课程建设情况,发现课程建设在学校重视程度、必修课比重、教师队伍建设、教学内容和教学管理活动等方面比以往有很大程度提高,但在政策保障、评估体系、教学形式、教师能力及培训等方面仍存在一些亟需解决的问题。In order to thoroughly investigate the construction of the career develop and employment guidance courses in university in China, we conduct a survey on employment guidance staff and relative course teachers in 106 universities from 14 provinces in China. The present study is carried out in two perspectives: the overall situation of employment guidance in colleges and course teachers in the individual level. On the grounds of the result, we find out, compared with former studies, a great enhancement in the attention colleges pay, the career development and employment guidance courses proportion of staff, the contents and management activities of teaching. However, required courses, the construction of teaching problemsstill exist in aspects of the system of assessment, the mode of teaching, the capacity and training of teachers.
