摘 要:论述了宽带相控阵天线渡越时间对天线性能的限制,介绍了消除渡越时间影响的方法,设计了具体的实现方案,即真延时网络,并对该方案进行了仿真和测试。测试结果表明,在1.1~1.5GHz的带宽内,功分器各端口驻波比小于1.22;微带线和同轴线的群时延具有良好的线性规律。该设计可以实现最小步进250ps、最大延迟3750ps的延时,可有效克服渡越时间的不利影响。The restrictions of the wideband phased array antenna (WPAA) transit time on antenna performance were discussed. The method used to eliminate the effect of the transit time was introduced. A concrete realization of the method, that the true time delay(TTD) network, was designed, stimulated and measured. The results show that in the bandwidth of 1.1-1.5 GHz, the VSWR of the respective ports of the power divider are substantially less than 1.22 and the group time delay of the microstrip lines and coaxial lines possess a linear law. This design can achieve a minimum step of 250 ps and the maximum delay of 3 750 ps. The design can be effective to overcome the adverse impact of the transit time.
