摘　　要：基因转染技术应用于肿瘤基因治疗和基因功能的研究已受到广泛的关注。基因转染的方法包括物理法、化学法和生物法,它们各有优缺点。文章主要概述基因转染的基本方法及其在肿瘤基因功能研究及基因治疗中的应用。Gene transfection technology has received widespread attention used in tumor gene therapy and gene function studies.Gene transfection methods include physical,chemical and biological methods,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Now the main overview focuses on basic methods of gene transfection and its application in tumor gene function and gene therapy.
