摘  要:目的探讨小儿头部液体衰减反转恢复(FLAIR)图像上脑室内脑脊液搏动伪影(VCSFA)的发生率及影像表现。方法搜集做过头部FLAIR序列小儿100例,分成未见异常组、脑室形态异常组、脑室形态正常伴颅内病变组。统计VCSFA发生率及影像表现。结果 VCSFA在第三、四脑室内常见,导水管内少见。脑室形态异常组发生率最高,好发于孟氏孔、第三、四脑室顶部、导水管末端,呈高信号。结论 VCSFA在小儿FLAIR图像上常见,影像表现特异,脑室形态异常对VCSFA发生有一定影响。Objective To investigate the incidence and characteristics of intraventricular cerebrospinal fluid pulsation artifact (VCSFA) on brain FLAIR images in children. Methods 100 children who underwent FLAIR were included and divided into 3 groups : without abnormal group, ventricle with abnormal form group and normal ventricle with intracranial le-sions group. The incidence and appearance of VCSFA were assessed. Results The third and fourth ventricle had the highest rate of VCSFA, specially in ventricle with abnormal form group. VCSFA showed hyperintensity, located in the fora- men of Monro, top of the third and fourth ventricular and termination of aqueduct. Conclusion VCSFA is common. It has characteristic appearance on brain FLAIR images of children. Abnormal form of ventricle has an effect on the incidence of VCSFA.
