摘  要:目的探讨数字平板断层融合(TOMOS)技术在人工耳蜗植入后定位中的应用。方法行人工耳蜗植入术后的患者共35例,进行TOMOS扫描,对植入的人工耳蜗定位。大部分患者同时行多层螺旋CT扫描,观察扫描时间、患者受辐射剂量以及人工耳蜗电极植入定位情况并进行统计学分析。结果 TOMOS组与CT扫描组比较,患者受辐射剂量分别为(0.025±0.004)mSv和(5.54±0.20)mSv,两组比较有显著性差异(t=132.23,P<0.01),扫描时间分别为(9.32±1.58)s和(8.64±1.73)s,两组比较无显著性差异(t=1.52,P>0.05);两组定位准确率比较无明显差异(一致性检验Kappa值为0.545)。结论 TOMOS技术具有检查方法简便,患者受辐射剂量低、费用少的优点,在定位准确率方面与CT无显著差异,可应用于人工耳蜗植入后定位。Objective To study the digital plate fault fusion(TOMOS) technology in artificial cochlear implant position.Methods 35 patients of the artificial cochlear implantation were performed by TOMOS scanning,and positioned the implanted cochlear implant.Most of the patients were performed by multislice spiral CT scanning at the same time.The scanning time,radiation and artificial cochlear implant electrode positioning were observed and analyzed.Results TOMOS group and CT scanning group,patients respectively by radiation for(0.025±0.004) MSV and(5.54±0.20) MSV,with significant difference between the two groups(t=132.23,P0.01),scanning time was respectively(9.32±1.58)s and(8.64±1.73)s,two groups of comparisons had no significant difference(t=1.52,P0.05);the positioning accuracy of two groups had no significant difference(consistency check Kappa value was 0.545).Conclusion TOMOS technology is simple,with low radiation dose,costs less,and positioning accuracy.Therefore,TOMOS can be used as a safe and effective method applied to artificial cochlear implant after positioning.
