摘　　要：面对现代网络、信息科技和学术传播的冲击,大学图书馆正经历媒体数字时代的重大转变。如何在转变的同时,适应并协调各个学科领域在教学、研究以及学术传播体系上不同速度与不同类型的改变,对大学图书馆而言是一项挑战。近年来美国大学图书馆应对学术传播体系的举措给我们带来一些启示。In the face of the impact of the modern network, information science and technology, and scholarly communication, the uni- versity library is going through a major change in the age of digital media. It is a challenge for the university library to change to adapt and coordinate the disciplines in the teaching, research and scholarly communication system in different speed and different types of the change at the same time. The U.S. university library＇s measure of scholarly communication system in recent years may bring us some enlightenments.
