摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国高等教育为社会培养了越来越多的人才。但高等教育在迅速发展的过程中,也出现了许多不足之处,比如,过度的教育使得培育出来的人才能力低于社会对人才的要求,很多人无法胜任社会提供的职位。本文针对我国高等教育人才培养存在问题的分析,并提出了改善高等教育人才培养的几点对策。Since the reform and opening up, China＇s higher edu- cation has cultivated many talents for the society, hut there are also many shortcomings in the rapid development of higher edu- cation. In view of the existing problems, this paper proposes sev- eral countermeasures for improving talent cultivation of higher e- ducation.
