摘 要:对工业生产的No.1微碳BH钢和No.2微碳BH钢热轧板、冷轧板和退火板的工艺和组织性能进行研究。结果表明,No.1和No.2微碳BH钢的γ织构组分在{111}<110>附近分别达到了最大值12.046和10.549。No.2微碳BH钢退火板平均晶粒尺寸均小于No.1微碳BH钢,细晶强化效果使得其强度略高。No.2微碳BH钢退火板铁素体晶界处和晶粒内均存在游离渗碳体,晶界处珠光体片层较少,No.1微碳BH钢退火板铁素体晶界处存在片层状珠光体和块状渗碳体,更多珠光体片层结构也使其强度较低。No.2微碳BH钢中较高含量P、Cr、Cu元素固溶在基体中引起固溶强化,碳氮化物析出的弥散强化作用,均弥补了C含量较低引起的强度下降。Effects of hot rolling, cold rolling and continuous annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of two commercial micro-carbon BH steels were studied. The results show that the maximum γfiber texture intensity values of the annealed No. 1 and No. 2 micro-carbon BH steel strips reach 12. 046 and 10. 549 nearby {111}〈110〉, respectively. The average grain size of annealed No. 2 micro-carbon BH steel is lower than that of No. l BH steel. Strength of the No. 2 BH steel is higher than that of the No. 1 BH steel due to the strengthening of the grain refinement. For the annealed No. 2 BH steel, free cementites are observed along ferrite grain boundaries and in ferrite grains, and small amount of lamellar pearlite structure exists along the grain boundaries while for the annealed No. 1 micro-carbon BH steel, lamellar pearlite and bulk cementites are detected along the ferrite grain boundaries, and its lower strength is attributed to the more lamellar pearlitic structure in the No. 1 micro-carbon BH steel. The higher contents of P, Cr, Cu in No. 2 BH steel than in No. l BH steel also contribute to the higher strength due to solid solution strengthening of the elements in matrix and dispersion strengthening of carbonitrides containing theses elements.
