摘　　要：本文报道2013年1月使用一体式带膜支架成功治疗1例腹主动脉溃疡伴左侧髂动脉狭窄并附壁血栓。术后第5天复查,覆膜支架通畅,位置形态良好,附壁血栓隔绝完全。This paper reports a case of abdominal aortic ulcer combined with left iliac artery stenosis and mural thrombosis, who underwent endovascular therapy by unibody bifurcated stent grafting in our hospital in January 2013. The patients received re- examination 5 days after the operation,which showed that stent grafting was patent and well positioned, and mural thrombosis were isolated completely.
