摘　　要：To the editor： Cryoglobulinaemia is a clinical syndrome caused by cryoglobulin, which is classified into three subtypes. TypeII and III are also named as mixed cryoglobulinaemia （MC）, which typically manifests as skin lesions, renal involvement, arthralgia and peripheral neuropathy.1 There were few articles reporting false- positive serological tests of syphilis in MC.2 Here, we report a patient with peripheral neuropathy caused by cryoglobulinaemia with false-positive syphilis tests.To the editor： Cryoglobulinaemia is a clinical syndrome caused by cryoglobulin, which is classified into three subtypes.
