摘  要:目的:探讨ESWAN序列相位值在星形细胞肿瘤分级中的作用。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的35例脑星形细胞肿瘤患者的MR资料。在ESWAN序列相位图上直接选择肿瘤实质区域内ROI,测量肿瘤实质、其对侧正常脑组织同等面积ROI区域、瘤周2cm以内脑组织、其对侧脑组织同等面积ROI的相位值,分析各组间是否存在显著性差异。结果:低级别星形细胞瘤、间变型星形细胞瘤、胶质母细胞瘤与其对侧正常脑组织相位值存在显著差异;并且,上述不同级别星形细胞肿瘤组间存在显著差异,提示肿瘤实质相位值与星形细胞肿瘤的级别具有密切关系;这种相位值的改变可能是由于星形细胞肿瘤内铁蛋白的沉积引起。结论:通过ESWAN序列扫描,经肿瘤实质相位值检测,对星形细胞肿瘤的分级具有重要意义。Purpose: To explore the value of phase value from ESWAN in astrocytic tumor grading. Methods: Imagings of thirty-five patients with astrocytic tumors, which were proved by pathological examinations, were analyzed. ROIs were set in tumors, its contralateral brain parenchyma, areas around the tumors (2 cm) and its opposite area, and then the phase values were measured. The phase values in different grade astrocytic tumors were compared. Results: There was significant difference between the groups of low-grade astrocytic tumors and its contralateral brain parenchyma. With the increase of astrocytic tumors grade, the phase values were increased. The alterations of phase values might be caused by intratumoral ferritin deposition. Conclusion: The phase values from ESWAN plays a significant role in grading of astrocytic tumors.
