摘　　要：报道了以纸电泳测定香菇嘌呤的方法 ,该法能有效分离各种核苷酸干扰物 ,回收率 89% ,相对误差 5%。还报道了该法对香菇及其他食用菌进行香菇嘌呤测定的结果。An analytical method for the determination of eritadenine using paper electrophoresis was reported.The nucleotides,which interfered with the method,can be separated effectively.The rate of recovery of this method was 89%,and the relative standard deviation was 5%.Using this method,the content of eritadenine in Lentinus edodes and the other edible fungi was reported.\;
