摘 要:采用常规球化剂FeSiMg8RE3和低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2进行球化处理,分析两种球化剂对球墨铸铁化学成分的影响。结果表明,采用常规球化剂进行球化处理时,铁液中最终的残留含镁量较低而最终含硫量较高,脱硫效果差;采用低镁球化剂盖包法球化处理时,铁液中最终有比较高并且稳定的残留含镁量,较低的残留稀土元素含量,保证了球铁中镁含量和稀土元素含量的配比,脱硫效果明显提高。Using general nodularizer (FeSiMg8RE3) and low Mg nodularizer (FeSiMg6RE2) to treat cast iron, respectively, the effects of the amount of magnesium in nodulizer on the chemical composition of ductile iron were analyzed. The results show that, after spheroidization treatment with general nodularizer, the final residual magnesium content is lower but the final sulfur content is higher in molten iron, which indicates poor desulfurization effect. But after spheroidization treatment with low Mg nodularizer, the final residual magnesium content is higher and stable, and the residual RE content is lower, ensuring the rate of magnesium content and RE content in ductile iron, so the desulfurization effect is significantly improved.
