摘  要:为了改进高速列车常用铝合金5083的焊接可靠性,建立了有限元双椭球热源模型,并对其堆焊温度场进行了有限元分析,得出了几个关键点的稳定场,以及焊缝中心线点和垂直焊缝方向点的温度-时间变化过程仿真曲线。结果表明,应用的MIG焊热源所产生的温度随焊接热源和焊缝距离的逐渐增加而逐渐降低,在与焊缝中心6 mm的位置温度大约会降低200℃;加热速率远远超过其冷却速率。To further improve the welding reliability of aluminum alloy 5083 for high-speed train, the double ellipsoid heat source model was established based on Finite Element method, and the welding temperature field was analyzed by Finite Element, the stability fields in several key points were obtained, and the simulation curves of the temperature changes in the center line points of the weld and the vertical direction points to the weld with time were also obtained. The results indicates that the temperature produced by MIG welding heat source gradually lowers with the increase of the distance between welding heat source and weld, the temperature will reduce about 200 ℃ in the location from the weld center of 6 mm; heating rate is far over its cooling rate.
