摘　　要：目的总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合红外线照射治疗瓦斯烧伤患者创面的方法、疗效及护理要点。方法对15例瓦斯烧伤患者创面清创后采用MEBO换药联合红外线照射治疗,同时予以抗休克、抗感染、营养支持治疗及专科护理,观察治疗效果,总结护理要点。结果 15例瓦斯烧伤患者的痊愈时间最短为7 d,最长为40 d,治疗过程中未发生严重并发症,创面愈合效果满意。结论 MEBO联合红外线照射治疗瓦斯烧伤操作简便,疗效显著,创面愈合快,患者痛苦小,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To summarize methods, therapeutic effects and nursing key points of managing gas burns with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） combined with infrared radiation. Methods Fifteen patients with gas burns were treated with dressing change of MEBO together with infrared radiation after wound debridement, and meanwhile, therapies of anti-shock, anti-infection, nutrition supply and specific nursing were applied. Therapeutic effects were observed and nursing key points were summarized. Results Of the fifteen patients, the shortest healing time was 7 days and the longest was 40 days. During the course of treatment, no severe complication occurred and the healing effeets of wounds were satisfy- ing. Conclusion The approach to treating gas burns with MEBO combined with infrared radiation is simple and easy to operate, can realize significant therapeutic effeets of faster healing and less pain, deserving to be popularized and promoted in clinic.
