摘　　要：目的总结皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗褥疮的临床经验及疗效。方法对167例褥疮患者全程应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,并根据创面部位不同分别采用湿润暴露疗法和湿润包扎疗法治疗,观察患者创面愈合时间及愈合效果。结果 167例褥疮患者创面全部愈合,治疗30 d内创面愈合者78例,30 d～60 d创面愈合者56例,60 d～70 d创面愈合者33例。结论皮肤原位再生医疗技术治疗褥疮效果明显,方法简单,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical experience and curative effect of in situ skin regenerative restoration technology in treating bedsore. Methods A total of 167 cases of bedsore were treated with MEBO throughout the course. Based on the differences of wound location, the exposed therapy and the bandage therapy were adopted separately, and the wound healing time and effect were observed. Results All the 167 cases were cured, of which 78 cases realized healing in 30 days, 56 cases healed in 30 - 60 days and 33 cases in 60 -70 days. Conclusion In situ Skin Regenerative Restoration Technology can realize significant effects in treating bedsore, which is easy and simple, deserving to be promoted and practiced in clinic.
